About the Department
The Department of English is one of the premier academic divisions of the college, offering both Undergraduate (B.A.) and Postgraduate (M.A.) programmes affiliated to the University of Kerala. The department offers comprehensive training in British, American, Post-colonial, Indian, and World literatures, literary theory, cultural studies, linguistics, and communicative English.
